We are located in near NW Houston, just north of I‑10 and Memorial City Mall / Memorial Hermann Hospital.

Driving: "Fast access to I-10, US-290, and Beltway 8 West simplifies commutes to the Energy Corridor, Galleria, Jersey Village, Asiatown, Cypress and beyond.
With your rent you will get a permit for off-street parking. The complex has regular safety patrols.

Metro: Public transit is close. The Metro 58 bus line runs hourly along Hammerly Blvd. with stops just outside our home. The Metro 46 bus line runs every 12–15 minutes along North Gessner Rd. with stops a few blocks down.

Neighborhood: The HCC Northwest Campus is approximately one mile away. Nearby shopping and dining include many restaurants along I-10, Memorial City Mall, and Town & Country shopping. Local grocers include HEB (free curbside) and Aldi supermarkets. Churches of many denominations are nearby. Many quality medical facilities, including Memorial Hermann and Methodist, are close.

Fitness & Recreation: Planet Fitness, plus LA Fitness and the YMCA (both with pools), are all nearby. We have an Olympic-size pool just a short walk out the front door, just beyond our basketball court. Spring Woods High School’s running and walking track is directly across the street. Enjoy walking and biking trails nearby as well.
