Inside the Home

Bath: The owner has his own ensuite bath facilities. The 2nd-floor bath is shared, as well as the 1st-floor restroom—no waiting.

Kitchen: In the kitchen, each resident has designated pantry space. Cooking appliances include a microwave, full wall oven, a large French-door air fry convection and toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker/coffee bar, Crock-Pots, bread maker, George Foreman for burgers and paninis, blenders, and food processors. Highly filtered water (double-filtered) is available at the fridge dispenser.

Dine at the counter or the farmhouse kitchen table. All cookware and utensils are provided. Downstairs dining is preferred. Upstairs/bedroom meals are okay on occasion, provided no food, snacks, trash, or dishes are kept upstairs overnight. We are bug-free and aim to keep it that way.

Bedrooms: Each room has its own remote-controlled ceiling fan/light for bedside convenience. The home provides Wi-Fi and Ethernet, as well as wired over-the-air TV antenna connections. Most rooms include a good-sized, wall-mounted Smart TV for your personal streaming platforms. Breath easy. You will enjoy good climate control; a new HVAC system and ductwork were recently installed, including UV and triple-filtered air. Each room has its own return-air port and louver-controlled airflow vent for individual comfort.

Washer / Dryer: The clothes washer is an e-hybrid; use only pod detergents, please. No liquids or powders, thank you.
