The monthly rent of any specific room is featured on the ad that brought you here. The minimum lease is 6 months. 12 months is the preferred term.Your total move-in including the first full month will be under $850.This includes: A refundable security deposit of $100. A non-refundable processing fee of $50. Your background report of $40. The background fee is paid directly to AAOA. If you move in mid-month, your partial month's rent and these fees will be required at lease signing. The full lease term begins on the first full month of occupancy.
