Village Spare Rooms is smoke-free (inside and out), and pet-free. Sorry, no couples and no regular overnight guests. These are furnished bedrooms located upstairs. Every applicant agrees to allow and fund a background check. Minor glitches may be discussed.

Will you fit? If it takes more than three carloads to move in, you may not have enough space here. Ideal renters include those working here while away from their home elsewhere, and minimalists who enjoy peace and quiet.

"No-Drama" is the mood of this home.
